Devon and Cornwall Refugee Support was founded by volunteers in 1999. We rely on people who can give their time freely to provide a service for asylum seekers and refugees in the area. Without the hard work and dedication of our volunteers, there simply wouldn’t be a support service for asylum seekers and refugees in the area.

How to apply

Our English classes, kitchen, clothing store and internet suite are all run entirely on a voluntary basis. Volunteers also take on casework, make funding applications for the organisation and staff our reception area. If you are interested in volunteering at DCRS, please fill out our application form and return to the team leader, Pat Joyce.

Email to pat_dcrsc@btinternet.com or post to DCRS, 7 Whimple Street, Plymouth, PL1 2DH. If you have any questions, please call us on 01752 265 952.
