We are excited to announce that we have a new position available to join our operations team as our Building Administrator.

Devon and Cornwall Refugee Support (DCRS) has been working for the last 28 years with the asylum seeker, refugee and vulnerable migrant populations in this region. This post will work on our new flagship project, Common Ground @swarthmore – a new community centre that we are opening with several charity partners.

The venue will host all our services and our partners services and will have various spaces available to rent for the local community. The services will focus on connecting the communities we serve to the existing populations, provide vital casework, wellbeing and legal advice and support and look to challenge systemic injustices prevalent in the populations we collectively serve.

Common Ground’s purpose will be to:

· Nurture and celebrate social cohesion

· Break down barriers of difference

· Find common ground and rebuild a positive narrative between communities

· Build community power

We would welcome applications from anyone with a passion and dedication to work to with this population and a clear interest to build a career in this sector.
